Annual General Meeting

The BTA annual meeting takes place on Tuesday the 15th of May 2018 in Birmingham. This will be preceded by a training day for clinician and scientist trainees on Monday the 14th of May at the same venue. The AGM will be scheduled within the annual meeting. 


Abstract submissions for the meeting should be e-mailed to [email protected] as a word document (not exceeding 250 words) Headings should be background, methods, result, and conclusion and it should include the names of all the authors and their institutions. The deadline for abstract submission is 31st March 2018.


Five CPD points are available for the meeting and travel grants of £300.00 have been allocated for trainees with the highest scoring abstracts. All original abstracts from the meeting will be published in Thyroid Research.
